Well, actually I threw it out ages ago and have been using zippered pouches!
I've been working fast and furiously using up my bundle of Summersville.
Such a great fabric line from Lu Summers.
So I made a couple of large 24" cushions for my couch.
The first one I showed you last week, so here is the second one...
I used a tutorial from Amanda Jean at crazy mom quilts for this easy zig zag pattern.
I did re-size the pattern to make it more cushion friendly. I could have made them even smaller to have more rows, but I wasn't going to redo it!!
And again, added an invisible zipper and pieced backing.
Here are the two of them playing nice together...
they are now on my couch!

I really like Jeni's tutorial at In Color Order, for her lined drawstring bag!
I'm sure you have seen all over blogland, and probably made some yourself!
I made a few this week for auction with proceeds going to The Canadian Cancer Society.
Relay for Life is in a couple of weeks, and unfortunately I won't be here for it.
So, those are my finishes. On my WIP list is:
Ocean View, which I really plan to finish quilting this week!
Also, Ironwork*, which I have NO plans to start quilting this week!
Too many UFO"s to mention!!
Maybe someday I will get to them :-(

Have a great sewing week!

Wow! Your sew out loud quilt looks amazing. Well done for finishing it, i'm not surprised that you're chuffed to bits with it!
Thanks for the wallet tutorial link.
You have been very busy. Love your Sew Out Loud quilt.
Well done!
You've been a very productive girl! So many all in one post that I now can't remember them all but I do remember they ALL looked really great. Well done!

Oh boy, where to start? It's all so great. The paper pieced quilt wall hanging is AMAZING. You should be very proud!
And I'm totally bookmarking that wallet tutorial, I could use a new one too. "Fake money"...ha! It's nice to see some good old Canadian money on a blog. :)
And the summersville pillow is so adorable. Love it!
Look at all that!!! Beautiful! I love that wall hanging. So happy, to be in a bee with you ;-)
And yes, I always do "test" sewing ;-) Usually it turns out great and I am regretting I didnt use nicer fabric. I am actually gonna post about one of those "test" things later tonight.
Great stuff! I love your SewOutLoud blocks - I'd only seen a few around the web. Very cool!
Love how we Canadians have to defend our money all the time... :-) There's hope though. Iceland is thinking of adopting the loonie. True story.

Love your sew out loud quilt!!!!
Scrolling down though your post was pure ymmmuness. So many lovely insisted.... The sew out loud is fantastic!
I love everything! Love the drawstring bags, and the pillows, love the quilt from the quilt a long. It would take me a month (or more) to finish all you've done in a week!
I just LOVE the paper pieced wall hanging, you have motivated me to get one done, and I never notice the mistakes as I always remind myself of the Amish saying, Nothing is ever perfect except for God, so that works for me when things are a bit wonky :)
The wallet looks great!! I don't usually do trial runs. I just wish I had in the end. :)
Wonderful finishes! I am encouraged that you got so much done, hope it rubs off on me.
