My quilting adventures began exactly 3 years ago when I took a quilting class at a local quilt shop.
I was truly hooked, and once I discovered all the new modern fabrics and patterns, I haven't stopped !

I was so lucky that Who's Your Granny? was a finalist in the hand quilting category of the recent Blogger's Quilt Festival!
I've been blogging for about a year and a half, although after setting up my blog, I didn't post anything for months!
I love the blogging community, and have joined QAL's, swaps, quilting bees, and charity quilting. All things I would never have know about without blogs!
Something fun and new here in Saskatoon is the
Saskatoon Modern Quilt Guild
The first meeting was a few weeks ago, and I think it's going to be great!
I actually got to meet some local bloggers!

My favorite Kona Colors right now are the combo of Charcoal and Schoolbus.

I haven't used many Kona colors; I would love to change that though. For now, ash is the favorite color I have used. Thanks for sharing and for the chance to win your bundle.

Well to be honest the white is the one I use the most so I guess that's my "most bought" but I think the Turquoise is my favourite actual color so far ^^

I like your use of colours -- the combinations are intriguing. I consider myself colour challenged so I appreciate seeing how others combine colours and the effect it has on the quilt. Hmmm, my favorite would be the lime green -- so cheery!

Lots of great color on your blog- thanks for being a hostess for the Canadian blog athon. I am not a big solids girl but I do love the color purple so I am sure that there is Kona Solids that is deep purple.

I just received my first order of Kona Solids from Sew Sister the other day. It was my first time ever getting solids and I just love staring at them LOL. (they are for a quilt class in December - I can't wait to use them). My favourite right now is Kona Corn Yellow.
