What a lovely finish and a beautiful day to take some photos! Talk about a change in weather from a year ago.

Ah what a great excuse to not cook. I'm starting tomorrow to get ready for all the food on Sunday. Not many here like pumpkin pie so I think I'll just get one for me.
Gee, you can't even do the turkey TV dinner (I saw a lady with a stack of them one year at the checkout just before Thanksgiving.) - 11 October 2013 at 15:00

My goodness, your Rolling Stone block turned out totally different from what I was expecting, once you put it together! It almost looks lacey from a distance. I really like that!
Happy Thanksgiving to you too. Hopefully you will get some turkey even without an oven. - 11 October 2013 at 19:27

Lovely photos of your projects and the weather does look perfect. Enjoy that sunshine.
When my oven broke I was in no rush to replace it as my husband then decided to do a lot of the cooking on the BBQ. I think I managed to wait 10 months before organizing a replacement oven. - 11 October 2013 at 23:58

Your quilt is stunning and I love your pin cushion and blocks. Hope your stove gets fixed soon - just don't tell your family! Happy Thanksgiving :)
